These Terms govern your use of DevineScaleup services. By purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.
Our Service We provide skill-based matching with verified client projects. You pay once for a plan and receive a fixed number of matches. We only introduce you to clients — we are not a party to any client-freelancer contract.
Subscription & Payment Plans are one-time payments processed via Razorpay. All sales are final except as per our Refund Policy. You keep 100% of project fees.
User Obligations You must provide accurate information. You agree not to misuse the service or contact clients outside the matching process.
No Guarantees While we strive to provide quality matches, we do not guarantee project closure, client payment, or specific outcomes. Success statistics are averages only.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevineScaleup is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Termination We may terminate access for misuse. You may cancel per our Refund Policy.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in saganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
