Terms and Conditions – DevineScaleup

These Terms govern your use of DevineScaleup services. By purchasing any plan or lead package, you agree to these Terms.

Our Service DevineScaleup is a skill-based client-matching and lead-generation platform. We provide verified client project contacts and introductions only. We are strictly an intermediary and are not a party to any contract between you (the freelancer) and the client. You pay once and receive a fixed number of matches/leads. We do not guarantee project closure, client payment, or any outcome.

Subscription & Payment Plans are one-time payments processed via Razorpay. All sales are final and non-refundable as per our Refund Policy (available at https://devinescaleup.com/refund-policy/). You keep 100% of any project fees earned directly from clients.

User Obligations You must provide accurate information. You agree not to misuse the service, contact clients outside the provided matches, or engage in any fraudulent activity.

No Guarantees We do not guarantee:

  • That every match will result in a closed project, payment, or specific budget
  • Any minimum number of responses or conversions
  • Specific project values or timelines beyond delivery of contacts

All statistics (e.g., “87% close 5 projects”, “100% verified clients”) are historical averages only and are not guarantees for any individual user. Individual results may vary significantly. Success depends entirely on your skills, communication, and follow-up.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevineScaleup shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific plan in question. We are not responsible for the actions, quality of work, payment behavior, or any disputes between you and the matched clients.

Refund Policy Please refer to our separate Refund Policy at https://devinescaleup.com/refund-policy/. All purchases are non-refundable after delivery of matches/leads.

Termination We may terminate access for misuse. Refunds, if any, will be as per the Refund Policy only.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
