Refund Policy – DevineScaleup

DevineScaleup provides digital lead-generation and client-matching services. All purchases are governed by this Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. No Refund Policy: All sales are final and strictly non-refundable. Once a plan or lead package is purchased and the service is delivered (i.e., client contacts, Google Sheet, or matched project details are provided to you), no refund, cancellation, or chargeback shall be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Nature of Service Our service is purely digital and instantaneous. As soon as payment is confirmed via Razorpay, the matches/leads are delivered within the promised timeframe (24-72 hours,s depending on the plan). Because the value is delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are not applicable after delivery.

3. Exceptions (Very Limited):d) Refund requests will be considered only in the following rare cases:

  • Technical error on our platform where the same amount was charged twice (duplicate payment).
  • Service was not delivered at all within 48 hours due to our system failure (not due to any user-side issue).

In such cases, the refund decision lies solely with DevineScaleup and will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. No cash refunds or bank transfers will be made.

4. No Refund After Delivery. Once you receive the Google Sheet, client contacts, or matched leads, the service is considered fully delivered. Any request after this point will be rejected. This includes cases where:

  • You do not contact the clients
  • Clients do not respond
  • Projects do not close
  • You find the leads unsuitable for any reason

5. Cancellation There is no option to cancel a plan after purchase. “Cancel anytime” claims have been removed from the website.

6. Chargeback / Dispute Any chargeback or dispute raised with your bank or Razorpay will be strongly contested by us. We will provide payment records, delivery proof, and this Refund Policy as evidence. You agree to indemnify us for any loss, fees, or penalties arising from unjustified chargebacks.

7. Governing Law This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan. By purchasing a DevineScaleup, you explicitly agree to this Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase.
